Given the "custom" nature of our products, exchanges are unfortunately impossible.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

Because the product you buy is totally customized and made to your needs, we can not offer you a refund.

Grif & Graf warrants that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship and operates from the date of manufacture. If the product proves to be defective, Grif & Graf, at its discretion, will repair or replace the defective part (s) or return a new replacement product, free of shipping charges, to the destination where the product is located. was originally delivered.

The returned product must remain in its original packaging.

GUARANTEE AND SATISFACTION

All framing products, as well as canvases, have a one-year warranty on any manufacturing defect. Just return it to one of our branches and we will discuss alternatives with you: either to fix it, to provide you with a new one.
